When visiting the websites accessible under the domain haizmann.biz, we collect
the following data to ensure the functionality of the website:
- IP address of the device used when calling up, e.g. notebook, tablet, smartphone,

- Amount of data transmitted,
- Website from which you accessed the page (referrer),
- Description of the type of browser used.
The processing of this browser data is technically necessary and takes place in order

Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR (processing is necessary for the performance of a

We generally retain the described data for a period of 7 days, after which it is deleted.
The data is stored to defend against cyberattacks and to make it available in the event
of possible criminal prosecution. In the event of a cyber attack, we retain the data for
the purpose of preserving evidence until the respective incident has been concluded.
The legal basis for the processing described above is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR
(processing is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of the controller) and
Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. c GDPR (processing is necessary for compliance with a legal
obligation of the controller). Our legitimate interest is to ensure sufficient security and
stability of our website.

Should you decide to contact us, we will process the personal data you provide,

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR (processing is necessary to protect
the legitimate interests of the controller of the respective data collection), if no contractual
relationship exists or is intended, e.g. if the contact is of a general nature. In the latter case,
our legitimate interest is to respond to your request in a reasonable manner.

For the provision of our website and for communication via e-mail, we use
ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich
in accordance with Article 28 (3) GDPR.
